Three Courses, One Coherent Path
From first understanding through to long-term portfolio thinking — each Rungruang course builds the knowledge you need for the next stage of decision-making.
Back to HomeOur Methodology
How We Approach Teaching Property
Property investment involves legal, financial, and personal considerations that intersect in complex ways. Our methodology treats each of those dimensions seriously.
Legal Foundation First
Every course begins with the legal context — because understanding what you can and cannot do as a property owner in Thailand is the foundation everything else rests on.
Market Reality Over Theory
We use real listings, real data, and real documents throughout. Participants review actual market examples rather than hypothetical constructions.
Reflection Built Into the Pace
Sessions are spaced to allow time for thinking between them. Property decisions should not be rushed, and neither should the learning that informs them.
Personal Application Encouraged
Participants are encouraged to apply each module's frameworks to real situations they are considering — not just to complete exercises for the sake of completion.
A note on outcomes
We do not believe a course can tell you whether a specific property is the right investment for you. That depends on factors too personal and specific to address in a general curriculum.
What we can offer is the knowledge, frameworks, and informed perspective that makes a good conversation with a lawyer, agent, or financial advisor genuinely productive — and helps you know what questions to ask.
— Robert Whitmore, Course Design Lead, Rungruang
